If you need a full size plan set to arrange financing or get estimates from builders or sub-contractors,
you can purchase 3 sets of full size (standard 1/4"= 1' scale) study plans which includes Floor Plans and 4 Exterior Elevations (front, back and both sides) for $150.00.
The $150.00 will be credited toward the price when you purchase your steel framing package. If you need a modified version of one of our standard models, please contact our office for pricing.
