Steel Framed Home Plans

Excalibur specializes in custom home design, including converting your plans originally drawn for wood, to steel. In addition, we have introduced some new Standard Plans below and we will be adding more periodically. Since our framing system has no load bearing interior walls, all the Standard Plans can be easily modified or completely redesigned to meet your needs. Such modifications could include adding/deleting porches, garages, dormers, basements, or any changes you may require. |

Excalibur can also design a home for you using our inventory of standard frames to produce a custom home package. This gives you some design freedom and is a more economical approach than a pure custom home. This approach requires some leeway in design. Do you have your "Dream Home" picked out? Do you want a complete custom home package or a conversion from a wood design to our steel framing system? If so, Excalibur can provide you with the necessary architectural, structural and engineering services to make your "Dream Home" a reality. |
