Choices include fascia and canopy designs, color steel panels for walls and roof, doors and windows, insulation, lighting and ventilation for all types of commercial steel buildings. And if we do not offer an accessory directly that you will need for your metal building, our staff of experts can assist you in specifications and procurement. All metal building kits are compatible with just about any common accessory on the market.

Panel Types and Colors
You may choose from three standard panel configurations in 15 colors. Configurations include STANDING SEAM ROOF (24 gauge roof panels featuring no screw penetration), A PANEL (26 gauge high tensile steel architectural panel-optional wall only), and standard PBR PANEL. Metal building panel colors shown are approximate. Standard 20-year warranty is offered on most panel colors as well as a Kynar option. Not all panel colors are available from all steel building shipping points.

Doors and Windows
Your steel building kit can include framed openings that accommodate doors and open air entrances and can be located on your metal building to your specifications. Large openings can be engineered to accommodate virtually any size door such as large bi-fold doors or slide doors for aircraft hangars. Windows include aluminum horizontal slide windows that provide light and ventilation and are virtually maintenance free in sizes 3030, 4030 and 6030. Overhead doors are available in both cylinder drum type and sectional with optional electric operators. Order your steel framed opening to coincide with the appropriate door size. Personnel doors are available in 3070, 4070 and 6070 with or without glass openings. All doors come standard with lock and key, steel frame and threshold. Options include insulated leaf, closers, panic hardware, and mortise lock.

Insulation
We offer two basic metal building insulation products. Low E foam insulation is 1/4" thick with foil back and provides an R-7 rating. It also features a highly reflective backing creating a radiant barrier for superior insulation in hot climates. Also offered is the more common fiberglass insulation for your metal building (from 3" to 8" thick, providing for R-10 to R-30 ratings. Fiberglass insulation has a reinforced backing-eliminating the need for chicken wire support-saving you labor and money. Both products are easily installed and offer big savings in energy costs.
Insulation is installed around the eave strut and together with standard closure strips and mastic, your metal building is well protected against harsh weather conditions.

Lighting
Metal building kits can include Reinforced white transluscent roof and wall panels that are available in standard length and can be ordered to meet UL-90 rated roof systems. These translucent plastic panels have the same profile as metal panels. Wallights for sidewall installation are also available.

Ventilation
Steel building ventilation accessories include from left; 3' x 3' standard louvers with AZ-55 galvalume, 9" x 10' standard roof ventilators with optional bird screens and standard round ventilators with excellent air volume movement with bird screen cover in 20" or 24" diameter throat openings.
