In addition to our Standard Homes, Excalibur now offers standard garage packages. With these new packages, you'll be able to enjoy clearspan garage framing with NO INTERIOR SUPPORT COLUMNS cluttering up the place. And, to lighten your burden of material selection, we have included painted steel roofing and reverse rolled, painted steel wall panels in the package (Doors, windows and eave/soffit finishing material are not included). The interiors can easily be finished with drywall (or other finish boards) and insulated, if a finished interior is required. With the speed in which these structures can be erected, you'll be enjoying your new garage in no time.
With a little imagination a Do-It-Yourselfer could easily convert one of these garage packages into use as living space or a cabin since they were designed to also meet all the code requirements for residential construction. The framing provides a large open area which can be used to create an unlimited range of floor plan layouts. And, doors and windows can be placed anywhere except where the exterior support columns are located.
