Walk/Entry Doors
We offer white, steel, commercial walk doors with a locking handle. They are 3' x 6'-8" (3068) walk doors. These are most commonly used on the front of Tack Rooms, or other utility rooms, and can also be used to allow a person access to the barn, without opening the large sliding doors.

Dutch Doors
These 41"x 86" doors are an attractive and highly functional option for your stall. The top half can open, and be secured back, to increase ventilation. Or the entire door can be opened, and allow your horse access to the outside. We also offer "fake" Dutch Doors. These are 41"x 86" flat panels that simply screw on to the outside of your barn. They are less expensive than operable Dutch Doors, but maintain the look you may want.

Drop Doors
Dropping down to allow your horse to hang his or her head into the alleyway, or secured in place to keep your horse inside the stall, the galvanized, grilled drop door is a functional option for your stall front and is centered on the top half of the stall's sliding door.

Divider Grills
Divider grills are galvanized vertical grills that go on the stall divider panel to allow your horses to see each other and to increase ventilation throughout the barn. They are available in half the width of the divider panel, so you can choose whether you want grills on the front or back half of the panel, or you can purchase two to allow the full top half of the divider panel to be grilled.

Insulation
3" Thick, Vinyl-Back, Reinforced Insulation keeps your barn warm when it needs to be warm, and cool when it needs to be cool. And because it is reinforced with cording throughout, it can be installed without the use of chicken wire and does not sag or droop. The clean-looking, white vinyl back can be washed or brushed off to keep your barn tidy with minimal effort. In many cases, you need only insulate the roof, for horse barns.

Gutters & Downspouts
Gutters and Downspouts are helpful for controlling the flow and drainage of water around your barn. They are available in a variety of colors to match your structure.

|
Decorative Cupolas
Available in three sizes (24", 30", or 36"), our decorative cupolas will surely enhance the appearance of your barn. They even come with a cute horse weathervane to complete the look!

Framed Openings
If you want to buy your doors and windows locally, we can simply provide framed openings for them. The further you live from our manufacturing facility in Texas, or if you want special windows or doors, then this is the ideal solution. This will eliminate the risk of breakage during shipping, and expensive "glass-handling" fees. If you want an overhead roll-up type door, we can give you the framed opening, and you can pick out the door you want locally, and have it installed by the company that sells it…that way they will warranty their work.

Wider Center Aisle
Did you know our horse barns can be modified to accept a 16' alley, making the barn 40' wide, rather than the standard 36' wide barn and 12' alley? It's a great option for our clients that are building bigger barns, boarding facilities, or just need more space. You will also receive upgraded 16' x 9' sliding doors, rather than 12' x 9' doors, to allow full access to your wider alley.

|
Raised Eave Height
You can make your Barn taller by increasing the eave height. This might be helpful if you need larger doors to accommodate the storage of tall equipment. Keep in mind that overhead or roll up doors need at least 2' clearance (2' lower than the eave height) and sliding doors need at least 1' clearance (1' lower than the eave height).
|
|
Raised Roof Pitch
We can raise the roof pitch on your barn, up to 6:12.

|
Glass, Residential Style Windows
Our windows are available in 3o3o, 3o4o, non-tempered 4o4o, and tempered 4o4o windows for the split sliding doors, utility rooms, and other areas of the barn. These windows are not mill-finished, single pane windows. Rather, they are residential quality, double paned glass, and available in several finishes. We offer the following formats: divided light, picture window, operable with screen, and non-operable.

|
Swing-Out Style Stall Windows
These horse-safe windows measure 3' x 3' and have stylish cross-buck trim. You can add stationary grills that allow ventilation, but do not allow your horse access to the outside.
|
|
Side porches
Available in 8', 10', or 12' widths, providing a sheltered space for paddocks, storage, or horses.

Feeder Options
Feeders are installed in place of the 28" grilled section of the stall front in Horse Barns. This section will be located on the opposite side of which ever way your stall door slides. Feed doors with and without a corner mounted hayrack provide access to the stall during feedings. Our swing-out feeders swivel from the inside of the stall into the alleyway, and lock into place, so you can easily feed from the alley. These feeders include a standard hayrack and a feed tub.

|
Tack rooms, Feed Rooms, Wash Rooms
These, or other areas, can take the place of a stall within your barn. We will modify the front of the space to include either a walk door for a tack room, a walk or sliding door for a feed room, or remove the front altogether for a wash room or storage space. You can also add a metal, non-load bearing ceiling to any of these rooms. If you wish the ceiling to be load bearing, you can certainly build it in yourself once your barn is completed.
|
|
Wainscoting
This is a different colored R-panel around the bottom of your barn that enhances its appearance.
|
|
UV-Resistant Skylights
These are available on Raised Center Aisle Barns in the raised center aisle section in lieu of the standard metal sheeting. These panels are 2' tall, and are set vertically. For the Straight Gable, and other barns, skylights are available in 3' x 11' sections.

Lumber Packages
Consisting of 2"x8" tongue and groove, V-joint, center matched, untreated #1 Southern Yellow Pine, these packages are available for each barn size we offer. The wood lines the stalls, utilities, and other areas of the barn to protect the horse from kicking metal and to enclose the space. If you prefer, you may purchase lumber independently, since our panel channels will accommodate any 2" dimensional wood.
