How to become a Builder/Distributor or Licensed Manufacturer/Fabricator

Builder/ Distributor Qualifications:
1.	You have to have built one of Excalibur's houses. This ensures that you understand Excalibur's system so you can help your customers and answer their questions.
2.	You must be able to get the steel framing put up - either with your own crew or a subcontractor crew.
3.	You will have some advertising requirements based on the size area you are covering.
4.	You must follow up and report back on leads we give you.

Licensed Manufacturer/ Fabricator Qualifications:
1.	Be in or near one of our targeted areas or show a strong market potential for your area.
2.	You must have the ability to manufacture/fabricate the home packages. Proof of financial resources and business knowledge is required.
3.	You may have advertising requirements based on the size area you are covering.
4.	A confidentiality agreement is required.
5.	Other requirements will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
